Description

З метою забезпечення потреб Замовника, було оголошено процедуру закупівлі «Відкриті торги з особливостями» на закупівлю товару "Олива трансмісійна". Оголошення про проведення відкритих торгів було оприлюднене в електронній системі закупівель за номером: UA-2026-08-25-002410-а. Електронною системою закупівель зазначені відкриті торги було автоматично відмінено на підставі пункту 50 Особливостей у зв'язку з тим, що для участі в торгах не було подано жодної тендерної пропозиції протягом строку, установленого замовником. Відповідно до підпункту 1 пункту 13 Особливостей: "коли відмінено відкриті торги через неподання жодної тендерної пропозиції для участі у відкритих торгах у строк, установлений замовником згідно з цими особливостями, зокрема за лотом. При цьому предмет закупівлі, його технічні, кількісні та якісні характеристики, проект договору про закупівлю, а також вимоги до учасника процедури закупівлі, з яким укладається договір про закупівлю, зокрема щодо його відповідності кваліфікаційним критеріям, не повинні відрізнятися від вимог, що визначені замовником у тендерній документації (крім вимог, визначених пунктом 47 цих особливостей), і сума договору про закупівлю без урахування податку на додану вартість не може перевищувати очікуваної вартості предмета закупівлі, зазначеної замовником в оголошенні про проведення відкритих торгів, які відмінено через відсутність достатньої кількості учасників процедури закупівлі (учасника процедури закупівлі), з урахуванням прийнятного відсотка перевищення ціни тендерної пропозиції учасника процедури закупівлі над очікуваною вартістю предмета закупівлі, якщо такий прийнятний відсоток зазначений у тендерній документації."
