Тримач (холдер) для вакуумних пробірок та голок, нестерильний Замовник проводить оплату за поставлений товар на умовах відстрочення платежу протягом 90 (дев’яносто) календарних днів з моменту поставки товару шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника після підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної та виставленого рахунку на оплату. Датою (моментом) оплати вважається дата списання грошових коштів з банківського рахунку Замовника. Поставка Товару здійснюється окремими партіями згідно з заявкою / замовленням Замовника. Заявка подається Постачальнику на електронну пошту (_____________). Обсяг кожної партії визначається Замовником залежно від фактичної потреби. Партією Товару за Договором вважається поставка Товару в обсязі, що визначений за кожною окремою заявкою Замовника. Поставка товару здійснюється Постачальником протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з моменту заявки Замовника.
