La présente consultation a pour objet d’octroyer à un bénéficiaire, une autorisation d’occupation temporaire du domaine public de l'Epppd, en vue de permettre l’exploitation et l’animation de son espace extérieur, le parvis, par la mise en place d’une terrasse éphémère. Cette terrasse éphémère devra nécessairement proposer au public une offre commerciale de restauration légère et de boissons ainsi qu’un programme d’animations (de type animations musicales, théâtre, lectures, stand-up, ateliers, cours de danse, yoga, etc.) tout au long de la période d’autorisation (deux périodes estivales successives).
