Товар при поставці повинен супроводжуватись документами, що підтверджують якість та безпеку, а саме: копіями посвідчень про якість, та/або висновків санітарно-епідеміологічної експертизи, та/або декларації виробника, та/або іншим документальним підтвердженням якості та безпеки товару (у передбачених законодавством випадках) Фактом подання цінової пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не походить з Російської Федерації, Республіки Білорусь або Ісламської Республіки Іран
