L’objecte del present contracte és connectar el passeig existent per a vianants des de l’avinguda de Francesc Macià fins al vial que connecta amb els aparcament de la zona esportiva, i l’accés als edificis esportius municipals. També connectar l’aparcament amb aquest nou passeig i la continuació del passeig realitzat amb sauló sòlid existent que connecta amb els camins del nou parc fluvial. Es construirà un mur de contenció de terres amb blocs de formigó resultat de les excavacions així com la construcció d'unes escales de pedra per accedir des de l'aparcament a la cota d'accés a les instal·lacions. L’àmbit d’actuació té una superfície total de 1.185 m².
