Description

L’objecte del present contracte son les obres de remodelació total de la zona esportiva del terme municipal del Molar per tal de crear una infraestructura vinculada al turisme actiu i que, alhora, permeti arrelament poblacional per una millor activitat econòmica. La zona esportiva actualment està formada per les piscines municipals i el camp de futbol. Concretament, el que es busca és: adequar l’actual edifici on es troben els banys i vestidors per tal d’ubicar una sala polivalent, construir un nou edifici on s’ubiquin els serveis i vestidors de les piscines municipals, remodelar la piscina d’adult per fer-la desbordant, reubicar la piscina d’infants,... Tot això d’acord amb el “Projecte bàsic i executiu de les obres de remodelació total de la zona esportiva del terme municipal del Molar” redactat per l’arquitecte Koldo Crespo. L’actuació emmarcada en el present contracte està finançada per les subvencions concedides a entitats locals adscrites al Fons general amb l’afectació parcial dels ingressos relacionats amb activitats de producció, emmagatzematge i transformació d’energia elèctrica nuclear, derivats de l’impost sobre les instal·lacions que incideixen en el medi ambient. En concret, segons la resolució mitjançant la qual s’aprova la distribució dels fons del Fons de Transició Nuclear als municipis de la zona PENTA I i II de les centrals nuclears de Vandellòs i Ascó.
