Predmetom zákazky je zníženie energetickej náročnosti budovy kultúrneho domu nachádzajúceho sa v časti Ponická Huta. Jedná sa o prízemný objekt pôdorysných rozmerov 27,92 m x 14,46 m zastrešený sedlovou strechou, krytina plech. V rámci zníženia energetickej náročnosti objekt má verejný obstarávateľ záujem zatepliť zatepľovacím systémom vrátane podláh, vymeniť okná, dvere, vybudovať novú kotolňu vrátane vykurovacích telies a rozvodov - tepelné čerpadlo, fotovoltické články na streche, novú elektroinštaláciu, rekonštrukciu sociálneho zariadenia. Objekt bude slúžiť na kultúrno spoločenské podujatia. Predmet zákazky bude realizovaný na základe projektovej dokumentácie „Obnova kultúrneho domu, zníženie energetickej náročnosti objektu, parcela č. 1370 Ponická Huta“ vyhotovená spoločnosťou DENPRO s. r. o., Horná Mičiná 101, 974 01 Banská Bystrica, zodpovedný projektant Ing. Ľubomír Dendeš, číslo oprávnenia 3359*A*A-1.
