Predmetom zákazky je komplexná obnova a zvýšenie energetickej efektívnosti budov Základnej školy Slovanská v Púchove, nachádzajúcich sa v katastrálnom území Horné Kočkovce. Investorom stavby je Mesto Púchov. Stavba zahŕňa dva stavebné objekty - SO-01 Pavilón A (školská budova) a SO-02 Pavilón D (MŠ, jedáleň). V rámci oboch objektov sú predmetom zákazky práce zamerané na zateplenie obvodových plášťov a striech, výmenu výplní otvorových konštrukcií, debarierizáciu, modernizáciu rozvodov vykurovania a zdravotechniky, úpravy vnútorných priestorov vrátane povrchových úprav, inštaláciu rekuperačných jednotiek a fotovoltických zariadení. V pavilóne D sú súčasťou zákazky aj vzduchotechnické rozvody a inštalácia výťahu. Súčasťou zákazky sú aj ďalšie práce špecifikované výkazom výmer. Projektová dokumentácia je spracovaná pre komplexnú obnovu areálu ZŠ Slovanská vrátane pavilónu telocvične (SO-03 Pavilón C).
