1. Закупівля здійснюється в рамках Ukraine Facility на виконання заходів Плану України щодо реалізації фінансування Європейського Союзу згідно з Рамковою угодою укладеною між Україною та Європейським Союзом щодо спеціальних механізмів реалізації фінансування Європейського Союзу для України згідно з інструментом Ukraine Facility, яка ратифікована Законом України ві 06.06.2024 №3786-ІХ. 2. Закупівля проводится в рамках реалізації публічного інвестиційного проєкту: "Створення освітнього простору у межах реформи "Нова українська школа". 3. Захід (крок), передбачений Планом України, у рамках якого здійснюється закупівля: «7.13. Забезпечення доступу до безпечної та якісної освіти». 4. Цей крок Співфінансується Європейським Союзом - Ukraine Facility, згідно постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 15.11.2024 № 1318 «Деякі питання реалізації інструменту Ukraine Facility». 5. Країною-походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран.
