Закупівля здійснюється в рамках реалізації Плану України за напрямом 7.13 «Забезпечення доступу до безпечної та якісної освіти» та співфінансується Європейським Союзом у межах інструменту Ukraine Facility. Закупівля проводиться відповідно до вимог Рамкової угоди між Україною та Європейським Союзом щодо спеціальних механізмів реалізації фінансування Союзу для України згідно з інструментом Ukraine Facility, ратифікованої Законом України від 06.06.2024 № 3786-IX, Особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель, затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 12.10.2022 № 1178 (зі змінами), а також Порядку та умов надання субвенції з державного бюджету місцевим бюджетам на реалізацію публічного інвестиційного проєкту «Нова українська школа» у 2026 році, затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 31.12.2024 № 1554 (зі змінами). Учасник повинен забезпечити відповідність запропонованого товару вимогам щодо походження товарів, установленим законодавством України та умовами реалізації інструменту Ukraine Facility. Країною походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація, Республіка Білорусь або Ісламська Республіка Іран.
