Товар повинен бути оригінальний, новий, без слідів та ознак напрацювання, ремонту, відновлення тощо. Товар повинен бути упакований належним чином, відповідно до нормативного документу виробника, що забезпечує його збереження при перевезені та зберіганні. Пакування має забезпечувати не ушкодження, цілісність та комплектність товару під час здійснення операцій завантаження-розвантаження, транспортування та тимчасового складського зберігання до моменту передання на склад Замовника. Строк гарантії на Товар повинен становити не менше гарантійного строку встановленого виробником товару (у випадку виявлення браку товару під час дії гарантійного строку, товар має бути замінено на новий) проте не менше 12 місяців з дня поставки товару. Доставка і розвантаження товару здійснюється транспортом, силами та за рахунок Постачальника (Учасника) в узгоджені із замовником терміни по вказаній адресі. Якщо товар виявиться не якісним або таким, що не відповідає технічним (якісним) умовам, неналежної якості (транспортні витрати, тощо) несе Постачальник.
