Товар, що поставляється не має бути походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/ Ісламської Республіки Іран. У разі поставки товару походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь Ісламської Республіки Іран такий товар не приймається покупцем, до постачальника застосовуються штрафні санкції відповідно до умов Договору. 4.4. Місце поставки Товару: м. Житомир, вул. Л. Українки, 16. 2.7. Термін придатності на момент поставки повинен становити не менше 75% від загального терміну придатності. Поставка товару партіями, у період 2026 року, на протязі 3-х робочих днів з дня отримання замовлення.
