Construction of a new municipal office building serving the municipalities of Hochburg-Ach and Ueberackern. The works comprise a three-storey solid building (reinforced concrete and brick) with external thermal insulation composite system, without a basement. Outside, a subsidiary building of reinforced concrete is erected for waste and bicycle parking. Surface water drainage is handled by a sedimentation unit and three soakaway shafts. The flat roof will carry a photovoltaic installation and the heat pump outdoor unit, plus six light domes above the staircase, one of which is to be executed as a smoke and heat extraction opening. A lift ensures barrier-free access. The existing office in the neighbouring building is only demolished after completion of the new build including relocation.
