Les stipulations du présent accord-cadre concernent le nettoyage des toitures et terrasses des bâtiments municipaux d'Aix-les-Bains. L'accord-cadre n'est pas alloti car son objet ne permet pas l'identification de prestations distinctes pertinentes. Procédure adaptée prévue aux articles L2123-1, R 2123-1 du code de la commande publique. Accord-cadre de services mono-attributaire à bons de commande prévu aux articles R 2162-1 à R 2162-6 du code de la commande publique pour les montants maximums suivants : 25 000 € HT/an. Territoire de la Ville d'Aix-les-Bains. L'accord-cadre sera conclu pour une durée de 1 an à compter du 01/01/2027 ou de sa date de notification si elle est postérieure au 01/01/2027. L'accord-cadre sera susceptible d'être reconduit 3 fois pour une même durée avec les mêmes caractéristiques, en application de l'article R 2112-4 du code de la commande publique. Variantes non autorisées.
