Le présent marché porte sur la prestation de nettoyage de l'EHPAD Camille Claudel situé à Villeurbanne. L'accord-cadre est exécutable par l'émission de bons de commande. La durée initiale de l'accord-cadre est de 2 ans à compter du 1er décembre 2025 ou à compter de sa date de notification si celle-ci est postérieure au 1er décembre 2025. L'accord-cadre contrat pourra être reconduit 1 fois pour une période de 2 ans. La reconduction sera tacite. Accord-cadre sans minimum et avec maximum pour toute la durée de l'accord cadre de : Période 1 (du 01/12/2025 ou à compter de la notification si postérieure au 01/12/2025 pour une durée de deux ans ferme) : 60 000 euro(s) HT Période 2 (à compter du lendemain du terme de la période 1 pour une durée ferme de deux ans) : 60 000 euro(s) HT
