This notice is a "Voluntary ex ante transparency notice". Utrecht University intends to award the contract described below directly to Carl Zeiss B.V., located at Graaf Engelbertlaan 75, 4837 DS Breda (The Netherlands), Chamber of Commerce number 32033579. This contract concerns the delivery, installation, and maintenance of a Confocal microscope for research and education for the Faculty of Science of the Utrecht University. The estimated value of the contract is 289,256.00 excluding VAT (€ 350,000.00 including VAT) for the duration of the initial term (the warranty period of one (1) year plus the fixed period of three (3) years for maintenance).
