De opdracht die Aanbestedende dienst middels deze aanbesteding in de markt wil zetten ziet toe op de realisatie van diverse wegreconstructies, geldend als flankerende verkeersmaatregelen voor de beoogde versmalling van de verkeersader Ringbaan West in Tilburg. Deze flankerende maatregelen dienen dan ook uiterlijk 1 juli 2028 gerealiseerd te zijn. In het kader van het bereikbaar houden van Tilburg dienen op diverse plaatsen aanpassingen gedaan te worden aan het wegennet in Tilburg. Door de verschillende verkeersmaatregelen bij één Opdrachtnemer onder te brengen, ziet opdrachtgever aanzienlijke voordelen ten opzichte van planning, afstemming en efficiëntie.
