Description

Rijkswaterstaat heeft ervoor gekozen om een eigen werf in te richten op Krabbegors, een klein eiland in het zeehavengebied van de stad Dordrecht (ook bekend als 'Duivelseiland'). Om het eiland hiervoor geschikt te maken zijn in hoofdzaak de volgende werkzaamheden nodig: aanpassen van kades en oevers, maken van een inkassing in de oever van de Oude Maas, aanbrengen van paalfunderingen t.b.v. steunpunten, aanbrengen van een fundatie en balk voor een skidbaan en het verder inrichting van het werfterrein. De aanbesteder is voornemens deze opdracht te verlenen in de vorm van een engineering & construct contract, met als voorwaarden de UAV-GC 2025. Als onderdeel van het contract wordt een DO verstrekt welke door de toekomstige opdrachtnemer t/m een UO moet worden uitgewerkt. De grootste uitdaging voor de uitvoering is de doorlooptijd: de eindmijlpaal voor dit project is direct gekoppeld aan het startmoment van de eerste gebruiker van de werf, het project 'Vernieuwen Van Brienenoordbrug'.
