Description

De Koninginnensluis is een sluizencomplex liggend in het Merwedekanaal benoorden de Lek. Momenteel wordt deze gerenoveerd in de vorm van een twee-fasencontract. In de overeenkomst was de renovatie Houtribcomplex als herhalingsopdracht op deze basisopdracht voorzien. Opdrachtgever is voornemens om de renovatie van het Houtribcomplex op te dragen aan Opdrachtnemer Koninginnensluis, bij goed presteren op de verbeterdoelstellingen en bij het voldoen aan de andere, vastgelegde randvoorwaarden en indien dit niet wordt verhinderd door politieke en/of beleidsmatige redenen en/ of om budgettaire redenen. de opdracht betreft een herhalingsopdracht van de ‘Renovatie Koninginnensluis, inclusief de herhalingsopdracht Renovatie Houtribsluis’ met zaaknummer 31173992, conform art. 2.36 AW, onderhandelingsprocedure zonder aankondiging.
