Description

Levering en onderhoud wasinstallaties garage West en garage Zuid Tot de opdracht behoren de volgende werkzaamheden: • Demonteren en afvoeren oude wasinstallaties; • Aanschaf en leveren wasinstallaties inclusief voertuig bediening en looprails; • Aanschaf en leveren van waterrecycling, waterontharder en voertuigherkenning • Monteren, aansluiten en bedrijfsklaar opleveren van wasinstallaties inclusief voertuigherkenning, waterrecycling en waterontharder; • Vervangen onderwasser op Garage West; • Vloeistof dichtmaken van de vloer incl. certificaat; • Testen en waarborgen van de juiste werking van de installaties; • Opleveren van functionerend web-based applicatie voor de registratie van wassingen. • Service-, beheer en onderhoud wasinstallaties gedurende technische levensduur (minimaal 10 jaar) en het leveren van reserveonderdelen. De scope omvat de volgende locaties: • Garage West, 2 wasstraten • Garage Zuid, 1 wasstraat Zie de scope van de opdracht in paragraaf 2.4 van de aanbestedingsleidraad. Voor deze aanbesteding hanteert GVB een plafondprijs. Deze is vastgesteld op € 928.552 exclusief BTW. Deze plafondprijs heeft betrekking op de totale kosten gedurende de volledige contractperiode van 10 jaar (Total Cost of Ownership). Dit omvat zowel de eenmalige kosten voor de aanschaf en installatie (CAPEX) als de geaccumuleerde kosten voor al de service, beheer en onderhoud over de 10-jarige looptijd (OPEX). De totale inschrijfsom, zoals ingevuld in het Prijzenblad (Bijlage 10), mag dit bedrag niet overschrijden. Inschrijvingen waarvan de totale inschrijfsom (CAPEX + 10 jaar OPEX) de plafondprijs overschrijdt, zijn ongeldig en zullen terzijde worden gelegd. GVB behoudt zich het recht voor tot aanpassing van de Plafondprijs gedurende de aanbestedingsprocedure. Inschrijvers zullen over een wijziging van de Plafondprijs steeds tijdig worden geïnformeerd.
