Description

De Opdracht omvat de levering van arrestantenvoeding aan de (circa) 40 cellencomplexen. De Politie heeft vanuit haar kerntaak ‘rechtshandhaving’ de plicht om te zorgen voor de personen die Ingesloten worden op locatie van de Politie. Zoals in artikel 26 van de ambtsinstructie voor de Politie is beschreven dient de korpschef voorzieningen te treffen opdat de Ingeslotene in ieder geval beschikt over: slaapgelegenheid, eten en drinken in overeenstemming met medische en levensbeschouwelijke of godsdienstige eisen, sanitair, de noodzakelijke medische zorg en informatie over de gang van zaken in het cellencomplex. De behoefte aan eten en drinken ten behoeve van Ingeslotenen blijft voortbestaan zolang de Politie verantwoordelijk blijft voor de zorg van door haar ingesloten personen op locatie van de Politie. De geschatte opdrachtwaarde bedraagt jaarlijks ongeveer €1.183.000,- inclusief btw. Er wordt geen gebruik gemaakt van een perceelindeling. Deskresearch en de gehouden marktconsultatie tonen aan dat er diverse marktpartijen zijn die landelijk werkzaam zijn en de gevraagde leveringen kunnen aanbieden. Dit sluit aan bij de behoefte van de Politie.
