De Opdracht betreft het beheer en behandelen van schades die voortvloeien uit de AVP en het adviseren over de Aansprakelijkheidsverzekering Particulieren (hierna: AVP) door middel van: • Het behandelen van alle zaak en letselschades vallend onder het AVP, zowel onder het eigen risico (AVP wordt deels onder eigen risico gevoerd tot €25.000,-) als voor risico verzekeraar; • Doorgeleiding van schades boven het eigen risico richting de verzekeraar; • Schadeclaims te accepteren, te beoordelen en af te wikkelen; • Verwerken van mutaties; • Gevraagd en ongevraagd adviseren over algemene verzekeringskwesties en marktontwikkelingen behorend bij de AVP; • Het tijdig signaleren en adviseren over de mogelijkheid om regres te nemen respectievelijk verhaal op derden te zoeken. 352.500,00
