Description

De gemeente is voornemens om de transitie in te zetten van Beweegbare Fysieke Afsluitingen (BFA’s /Pollers) naar Automatic Numberplate recognition (ANPR) camera-handhaving. De pollers worden vervangen omdat te veel mensen er tegenaan rijden met hoge kosten als gevolg. Het doel van de ANPR-handhaving is zorgen dat mensen zich toch houden aan de geslotenverklaringen en voetgangersgebieden. Daarnaast dienen zich de komende jaren diverse initiatieven aan waar mogelijk ANPR-camera's voor de handhaving worden ingezet. Vandaar dat de opdracht een raamovereenkomst betreft, zodat de controle met ANPR-camera's flexibel kan worden op- en afgeschaald.
