NL TenneT staat voor een omvangrijke uitbreiding van het hoogspanningsnet. Binnen het EU-400 programma voor Engineeringsdiensten Technical & Spatial Services is engineering essentieel voor de realisatie en aanpassing van infrastructuur. De groeiende vraag naar capaciteit vraagt om een efficiënte inzet van technische en ruimtelijke expertise. TenneT zet deze opdracht in de markt via een niet-openbare procedure. In de selectiefase worden geschikte gegadigden geselecteerd, die vervolgens worden uitgenodigd tot inschrijving in de gunningsfase. De opdracht omvat multidisciplinaire engineeringsdiensten voor hoogspanningsverbindingen ≥110 kV in Nederland, inclusief ontwerp-, studie- en voorbereidingsactiviteiten. EN TenneT is facing a major expansion of the high-voltage grid. Within the EU-400 program for Engineering Services - Technical & Spatial Services, engineering is key to the realization and modification of infrastructure. The growing demand for capacity requires an efficient deployment of technical and spatial expertise. TenneT will procure this scope through a restricted procedure. Suitable candidates will be shortlisted in the selection phase and invited to submit a tender in the award phase. The scope includes multidisciplinary engineering services for high-voltage connections ≥110 kV in the Netherlands, covering design, studies, and preparatory activities. multidisciplinaire engineerings-, studie- en adviesdiensten ten behoeve van stations en verbindingen.; Binnen de scope van Elektromagnetisch Compatibiliteit (EMC) valt het berekenen, toetsen en mitigeren van (mogelijke) ontoelaatbare beïnvloeding op de objecten van (voornamelijk) derden evenals het adviseren inzake de uitvoering van de mitigerende maatregelen binnen de scope.; Het uitvoeren van specialistische studies aan het hoogspanningsnet en het geven van bijbehorende adviezen te weten: • Transiente studies (focus op isolatie coördinatie t.b.v. systeemstudies en spanningskwaliteit); • Harmonische studies; • Netberekeningen (loadflow- en kortsluitberekeningen);; Het uitvoeren akoestisch onderzoek, het interpreteren hiervan en het geven van bijbehorend advies conform vigerende Wet en Regelgeving ten behoeve van hoogspanningsstations en hoogspanningslijnen (coronageluid); Engineeringsdiensten ten behoeve van het Beheer & Onderhoud van de TenneT hoogspanningsstations. In de basis zijn dit werkzaamheden aan diverse civiele/bouwkundige (inclusief toetsing van de bestaande fundatieconstructies), primaire (inclusief toetsing van de bestaande staalconstructies), secundaire en tertiaire installaties zoals onder meer eigenbedrijfsinstallaties (EB) en de diensten van, overwegend kleinschalige, preventieve, correctieve en seriematige vervanging van primaire en secundaire componenten binnen de bestaande infrastructuur en hekwerk van de hoogspanningsstations.; 1. Bureaustudies als onderdeel van veld- en bodemonderzoeken, waarbij deze studies niet van het veld- en bodemonderzoeken losgeknipt worden, maar direct ten behoeve van een bouwplan of grondaankoop benodigd zijn 2. Fysieke veld- en bodemonderzoeken die mogelijk noodzakelijk zijn om aanpassingen, nieuwbouw en uitbreidingen aan hoogspanningsstations of hoogspanningsverbindingen te kunnen realiseren. In perceel 3 zijn de onderzoeken ondergebracht welke fysiek buiten moeten worden uitgevoerd. Voor alle onderzoeken geldt dat de rapportage van de bevindingen en eventuele advisering inclusief het eventueel uitvragen van de benodigde vergunningen op basis van het betreffende onderzoek bij de werkzaamheden in perceel 3 worden gerekend. TenneT is op zoek naar partijen die integraal alle benodigde onderzoeken kunnen uitvoeren, c.q. kunnen regelen dat deze worden uitgevoerd in een eventuele complexe infrastructurele omgeving.
