Description

1.3 De opdracht De doelstelling van deze aanbesteding is de Accountantsdiensten voor beide verenigingen (twee solitaire opdrachten) binnen 1 aanbesteding te verkrijgen. De beide verenigingen (hierna te noemen: De Aanbestedende dienst) wensen dit doel te realiseren door middel van een openbare Europese aanbesteding. Voor deze procedure is gekozen aangezien de raming van deze opdracht boven de drempel van Europees aanbesteden valt. Het doel is om een overeenkomst aan te gaan met een gecertificeerde accountant t.b.v. de accountantscontrole. Daarnaast zal de accountant een natuurlijke adviesfunctie vervullen voor het Algemeen Bestuur, de Auditcommissie, de directie, Manager bedrijfsvoering en de controller. De huidige uitgaven en de raming voor de controle op de jaarrekening, interim-controle en WNT bedragen per raad circa € 98.000,00 per jaar (inclusief BTW), gebaseerd op het prijspeil 2025. De subsidiecontroles bedroegen in 2025 voor de PO-Raad circa € 68.000,00 (over 3 controles) en voor de VO-raad circa € 61.000,00 (over 4 controles), beide inclusief BTW. Hiermee kwamen de kosten voor 2025 op totaal circa € 325.000,00 uit. Deze opdracht is niet verdeeld in percelen. zie aanbestedingsdocument.
