Description

De aanleiding voor de aanbesteding is de renovatie van de grote zaal van Nationale Opera & Ballet in de zomer van 2027, waarbij onderdelen behouden blijven en onderdelen volledig vernieuwd worden. Opdrachtgever heeft tot doel om met deze aanbesteding de partij te vinden die de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding aanbiedt voor de levering, montage en gebruiksklaar opleveren van de theaterstoelen in de grote zaal van Nationale Opera & Ballet. De aan te besteden Opdracht bestaat uit: • Leveren en monteren van 1597 theaterstoelen: o 719 vaste theaterstoelen parterre; o 410 vaste theaterstoelen balkon 1; o 356 vaste theaterstoelen balkon 2; o 12 verwijderbare stoelen parterre (groen gemarkeerd); o 4 verwijderbare stoelen parterre (blauw gemarkeerd); o 96 theaterstoelen op verrolsets. (rood gemarkeerd). • Leveren van reserveonderdelen (zie paragraaf 2.10 van het Bestek). • Opleiden/instrueren van het technisch personeel. • Verstrekken van een opleverdossier. • All-in garantie en onderhoud van de installatie gedurende het eerste jaar.
