Description

Betreft een Raamovereenkomst voor de duur van vier (4) jaar voor de aanschaf van Stuwbanden en bijbehorende ladingsstempels 8 november 2024 heeft de Aanbestedende dienst een vrijwillige transparantie vooraf voor het leveren van stuwbanden en bijbehorende ladingsstempels gepubliceerd. Hierin werd uitgelegd dat de Aanbestedende dienst voornemens was om met Ty-gard Europe (tegenwoordig Gardian Holdings LLC) een 4-jarig contract af te sluiten voor de levering van stuwtape en ladingsstempels. De opdracht kan slechts door Ty-gard Europe (Gardian Holdings LLC) uitgevoerd worden, omdat mededinging om technische redenen ontbreekt en omdat er sprake is van uitsluitende rechten, met inbegrip van intellectuele-eigendomsrechten. Na het doorlopen van de procedure zijn er geen bezwaren ingediend. Vervolgens is er een onderhandelingsprocedure doorlopen en is een raamovereenkomst voor de duur van vier (4) jaar afgesloten, die op 1 februari 2026 ingaat.
