De opdracht betreft het inspecteren, onderhouden, repareren en leveren van sportmaterialen binnen de gemeentelijke sportaccommodaties, alsmede onderhouden, leveren en verplaatsen van roulerend sportmateriaal (hierna zal de gehele opdracht worden genoemd: Sportmaterialen) De verschillende onderdelen van de opdracht hangen inhoudelijk en organisatorisch nauw met elkaar samen. De opdracht bevat de volgende onderdelen: MJOP en MJIP opstellen Inspectie sportmaterialen Reparatie sportmaterialen Levering sportmaterialen Instructie sportmaterialen Leveren roulerend sportmateriaal Didactisch en functioneel kader Logistiek, kwaliteit en beheer Instructie roulerend sportmateriaal Dossier Afspraken en Procedures (DAP), opstellen Portal- of dasboardfunctionaliteit Duurzame en circulaire inkoop van sportmaterialen De geraamde opdrachtwaarde van de Raamovereenkomst is € 520.000, - over de gehele looptijd inclusief verlengingsopties. De Opdrachtnemer kan aan deze verwachtingen geen rechten ontlenen. De totale maximale opdrachtwaarde onder de Raamovereenkomst, incl. een reële onzekerheidsmarge van € 60.000, -, wordt gesteld op € 580.000, - over de gehele looptijd inclusief verlengingsopties. De Raamovereenkomst expireert na afloop van het contractjaar waarin de totale opdrachtwaarde van € 580.000, - wordt bereikt dan wel zodra de dan geldende einddatum van de Raamovereenkomst is bereikt.
