De ambitie van de gemeente Dongen is om de komende jaren het volgende te realiseren: 1. Een goed netwerk van speelplekken met centrale speelplekken als hoofdvoorziening voor Dongen en buurtplekken per speelbuurt. 2. Een beweegvriendelijke leefomgeving voor actieve en gezonde bewoners 3. Een inclusieve speelruimte 4. Klimaatbestendige groene speelruimte 5. Nieuwbouwwijken met kwalitatieve goede speelruimte maximale omvang € 1.300.000,- De hoofdconstructie van het toestel is van hout. Het toegepaste hout is onder vacuümdruk verduurzaamd, of is niet verduurzaamd (Europees) hardhout. Het hout kan zijn afgewerkt met kleur of is naturel. Onderdelen van het toestel kunnen van andere materialen zijn. Het toegepaste hout is splintervrij en afkomstig uit duurzaam bosbeheer.; De hoofdconstructie van het toestel is van staal, RVS of aluminium. Onderdelen van het toestel kunnen van andere materialen zijn.; De hoofdconstructie van het toestel is van kunststof (al dan niet versterkt). Onderdelen van het toestel kunnen van andere materialen zijn.
