Marktconsultatie Ter voorbereiding op de aanbesteding voor sport en speeltoestellen die later in 2026 gepubliceerd zal worden wil de Gemeente Rotterdam de mogelijkheden van de markt optimaal benutten en luisteren naar aandachtspunten vanuit de markt. In de aanbesteding die wij in 2026 verwachten te publiceren willen we een aantal zaken anders doen, zoals: -Belonen van goede prestaties van opdrachtnemers; -Voorkomen van vertraging bij het plaatsen van toestellen; -Stimuleren van duurzaamheid en uitwisselbaarheid; -Niet meer 3 percelen, maar 1 perceel voor sport en speeltoestellen. Overige opdrachten voor specials of skatelandschappen worden niet meegenomen in de aanbesteding. Met deze marktconsultatie beoogt de Gemeente nieuwe informatie op te halen met betrekking tot mogelijke gunningscriteria en uitvoeringseisen en daarnaast wil de gemeente een aantal oplossingsrichtingen toetsen met Opdrachtnemers. Dit hebben wij verwerkt in een vragenlijst (bijlage 1).
