Description

De opdracht betreft de inhuur van een functioneel- en IT-expert voor de implementatie van de European Maritime Single Window environment (EMSWe) binnen de Digitale Transport Strategie (DTS), pijler eMSWe. De werkzaamheden omvatten onder meer analyse en review van de EMSWe Message Implementation Guide, ondersteuning bij change management, plan van aanpak voor de realisatiefase (bouwen en testen), advisering bij wetswijzigingen, invulling van NCA-rollen en verantwoordelijkheden, DPIA-ondersteuning, advisering over hergebruik van gegevens via SafeSeaNet en naleving van overheidsstandaarden (informatiebeheer, cloud en (cyber)security). De opdracht vereist diepgaande kennis van maritieme processen, Europese verordeningen en de nationale implementatie daarvan. De geraamde waarde van het (resterende) opdrachtdeel waarvoor deze transparantieverklaring wordt gepubliceerd bedraagt € 140.000 exclusief btw.
