Deze aanbesteding betreft het schoonmaakonderhoud van meerdere gemeentelijke locaties van de gemeente Doetinchem en Buha B.V. Deze opdracht is voorbehouden aan sociale werkplaatsen en sociale ondernemingen als bedoeld in Artikel 2.82 Aw 2012. Deelname is uitsluitend toegestaan aan ondernemingen die: - als primair organisatiedoel hebben: het bevorderen van maatschappelijke en professionele integratie van mensen met een arbeidsbeperking of een kwetsbare positie op de arbeidsmarkt; en - waarvan minimaal 30% van de medewerkers behoort tot deze doelgroep, ongeacht of zij in loondienst zijn of via een duurzame vorm van inleenconstructie werkzaam zijn. Deze aanbesteding betreft het schoonmaakonderhoud van meerdere gemeentelijke locaties van de gemeente Doetinchem en Buha B.V. Het gaat om locaties met uiteenlopende functies: bestuurlijke publieksfuncties, kantooromgevingen, operationele dienstlocaties, facilitaire werklocaties en representatieve ruimten. De opdracht omvat zowel het reguliere schoonmaakonderhoud als het specialistisch periodiek onderhoud op de betrokken locaties.
