Description

Het verzorgen van de schoonmaakdienstverlening en de glasbewassing van O.R.S. Lek en Linge in Culemborg en Geldermalsen (6 locaties). Het totaal aantal schoon te houden vloeroppervlak bedraagt ca. 33.900 m2. Het totaal aantal m2 glasbewassing dubbelzijdig gemeten bedraagt ca 16.700 m2. Vanwege het aflopende contract, de verplichting tot het Europees aanbesteden van de Opdracht, de doelmatige besteding van gemeenschapsgelden en de wens van de Aanbestedende dienst om voor de locaties van Opdrachtgever één contract met één Opdrachtnemer te sluiten, is besloten om deze Aanbestedingsprocedure te beginnen en de dienstverlening schoonmaakonderhoud en glasbewassing per 1 november 2026 in de markt te brengen.
