De gemeente Overbetuwe is voornemens een meerjaren-overeenkomst te sluiten met Mous Waterbeheer B.V., vestiging Balk, voor het integrale onderhoud van de riool-installaties dit zijn rioolgemalen, pompputten, BBL, regen- en overstortmeters, debietmeters en clusterbesturingen op basis van artikel 2.32 lid 1 sub b van de Aanbestedingswet 2012 (uitsluiting van mededinging wegens technische redenen).
