De gemeente Dronten is voornemens een meerjaren-raamovereenkomst te sluiten met Mous Pompsupport B.V., vestiging Balk, voor het integrale onderhoud van de riool-installaties dit zijn rioolgemalen, pompputten, BBL, regen- en overstortmeters, debietmeters en clusterbesturingen op basis van artikel 2.32 lid 1 sub b van de Aanbestedingswet 2012 (uitsluiting van mededinging wegens technische redenen). Concreet is sprake van een situatie waarin uitsluitend Mous Pompsupport B.V., de opdracht kan uitvoeren vanwege technische specificaties, interoperabiliteit en kennis van systeemarchitectuur, en waar vervanging tot onevenredige technische risico’s en kosten zou leiden. 660000
