Vitens N.V. organiseert een Europese openbare aanbesteding voor het uitvoeren van industriële schoonmaakwerkzaamheden op technische locaties die onderdeel uitmaken van de vitale drinkwaterinfrastructuur. De opdracht betreft circa 350 technische locaties verspreid over het verzorgingsgebied van Vitens, waaronder productielocaties, reservoirs, drukreduceerstations en overige technische objecten. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats in hygiëne- en proceskritische omgevingen, waar hoge eisen gelden ten aanzien van veiligheid, hygiëne en continuïteit van het primaire proces. De dienstverlening omvat onder meer de reiniging van bouwkundige onderdelen en technische installaties binnen procesruimten, zoals vloeren, wanden, plafonds, trappen, looproosters, verlichtingsarmaturen, kabelgoten en leidingen. De werkzaamheden bestaan uit een combinatie van periodieke, planmatige schoonmaak en aanvullende werkzaamheden op afroep, waaronder werkzaamheden op hoogte. De opdracht is opgedeeld in drie geografische percelen. Inschrijvers kunnen inschrijven op één, meerdere of alle percelen. Per perceel wordt maximaal één opdrachtnemer gecontracteerd. Een inschrijver kan voor maximaal twee percelen in aanmerking komen voor gunning. Vitens beoogt met deze aanbesteding raamovereenkomsten af te sluiten met geschikte opdrachtnemers die de werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en beheerst kunnen uitvoeren.
