Description

Deze uitvraag betreft de raamovereenkomst voor de levering van bomenzand en bomenvoedingsgrond en tevens de acceptatie van ongekeurde en indicatief gekeurde grond. De raamovereenkomst bestaat uit (in hoofdzaak) twee onderdelen, te weten: 1. Levering van bomenzand, bomen(voedings)grond en teelaarde. Het is van groot belang om een goed grondmedium aan te brengen bij bomen, struiken heesters en vaste planten, welke ertoe bijdraagt dat deze tot een goede ontwikkeling kunnen komen. Hiertoe dienen mengsels te worden toegepast die aan vastgelegde en controleerbare eisen (norm: RAG -Landscaping) en samenstelling (korrelgrootteverdeling) voldoen, dienen deze op afroep voorradig te zijn en geconditioneerd (overdekt/afgesloten depot) te worden opgeslagen. Indien een grondmedium wordt toegepast dat niet aan gestelde normen/eisen voldoen, dan is de kans aanwezig dat de beplanting niet tot wasdom komt. 2. Acceptatie ongekeurde en indicatief gekeurde grond. De dynamiek van de stad Den Haag brengt met zich mee dat er veel grondstromen plaatsvinden. Bij kleine partijen loont het niet om de grond te keuren volgens AP04-systematiek (kosten vs. baten) en is het dus economisch gezien aantrekkelijk om deze partijen zonder uitgebreide keuring(srapportage) af te voeren naar een erkende/bevoegde inrichting. Daar worden deze partijen opgebulkt, gekeurd en hergebruikt op basis van kwaliteit.
