MUMC+ is voornemens om de licenties voor de bestaande ITSM oplossing te verlengen. Er is geen expliciete wens/behoefte/noodzaak of lifecycle-eis om naar een andere oplossing te gaan, de huidige oplossing voldoet en wordt gecontinueerd echter de licenties (onderhoud en gebruiksrechten moeten worden verlengd. Er is geen sprake van (significante) licentie uitbreiding of uitbreiding van functionaliteit. Verlenging van 3 jaren plus optiejaar
