Description

Deze voorgenomen EU-aanbesteding betreft de inkoop van de vernieuwing van de huidige 5 Onderhoud DVM Wegkant (ODW) prestatie-contracten, die in één aanbesteding met vier percelen op de markt wordt gezet. Deze nieuwe contracten starten afzonderlijk en eindigen op hetzelfde moment. De nieuwe contracten krijgen de naam Dynamisch Verkeers Management Instandhouding (DVMI), waarmee een verbinding is gelegd met de UAV-GCI 2019, de basisvoorwaarden voor deze contracten. Het doel is het sluiten van 4 BOC-contracten. Het Bestuur van Rijkswaterstaat heeft gekozen voor een nieuwe geografisch indeling van haar regio's, zie bijgaand document. Hierdoor zijn de volgende vier percelen ontstaan: Perceel 1: DVMI-NWN (Noord West Nederland) Perceel 2: DVMI-NN+ON (Noord Nederland + Oost Nederland) Perceel 3: DVMI-ZN (Zuid Nederland) Perceel 4: DVMI-ZWN (Zuid West Nederland) De scope van de DVMI-contracten betreft instandhouding ter bevordering van het functioneren en presteren van het DVM areaal langs de wegkant, waarbij het op hoofdlijnen gaat om de actuatoren, sensoren en systemen op, boven, langs en in de weg (matrixsignaalgevers, DRIP’s, lussen, camera’s, wegkantsystemen
