Description

Het ministerie van Volkshuistvesting en Ruimtelijke ordening (VRO) ressoreerd onder het ministerie van Binnenlandse Zaken en Koninkrijksrelaties (BZK). De directie Bouwen en Energie van het Directoraat generaal Volkshuisvesting en Bouwen wil, net als in 2006, 2012 en 2018 een grootschalig onderzoek en woninginspecties (Energiemodule) uitvoeren. Het onderzoek 'Energiemodule 2026' bestaat uit 2 onderdelen, namelijk (1) het uitvoeren van de dataverzameling voor een bewonersenquête (deze Opdracht) en (2) een woningopname van de woning van de ondervraagde bewoners door gecertificeerde energieadviseurs. Mede gebaseerd op ervaringscijfers van de afgelopen jaren en de verwachte toekomstige behoefte, is de omvang van de Opdracht geraamd. De geraamde waarde van de Opdracht bedraagt doorgaans tussen de € 500.000,- en € 750.000,- inclusief btw, dit is tussen de € 413.223,- en € 619.835,- exclusief btw.
