Description

Het huidig onderhoudscontract van gebied 7 (Gooi- en Vechtstreek) loopt per 2 mei 2027 af en kan niet worden verlengd. Een aanbesteding van een nieuw onderhoudscontract voor het gebied Gooi- en Vechtstreek 2026-2029 is dan ook noodzakelijk waarbij de scope dagelijks beheer en vast onderhoud betreft. Het variabel onderhoud, inclusief het programmeren, wordt mogelijk ook opgenomen in het nieuwe onderhoudscontract. De provincie Noord-Holland voert het vast en variabel onderhoud aan haar infrastructuur grotendeels uit via integrale gebiedscontracten. Deze contractvorm heeft de afgelopen jaren bijgedragen aan een efficiënte en samenhangende uitvoering van onderhoudswerkzaamheden binnen afgebakende beheergebieden. Tegelijkertijd constateert de provincie dat het onderhoud aan het areaal in toenemende mate vraagt om specialistische kennis, risicogestuurd maatwerk en een gerichte inzet van marktkennis en innovatievermogen.
