Description

De Inschrijver voert geluidstudies uit conform gevalideerde Doc.29 modellen. De studies omvatten analyses voor Schiphol (voorafgaande ervaring verplicht) en regionale luchthavens (voorafgaande ervaring is een pré). De werkzaamheden bestaan uit het modelleren van beoogde wijzigingen aan het LVNL ATM-systeem, het berekenen van effecten op geluidbelasting van deze beoogde wijzigingen, het beschrijven van de gehanteerde methodiek en resultaten van deze analyses in rapporten en het presenteren/toelichten van resultaten in de Nederlandse taal. Resultaten kunnen door LVNL extern gedeeld en gebruikt worden. Naast de geluidstudies verricht de inschrijver advieswerkzaamheden op het gebied van geluidbelasting rondom Nederlandse luchthavens bij, onder andere, veranderende wet- en regelgeving, impact van onderhoud op luchthavens en maatregelen om te voldoen aan gestelde normen. Van tevoren kan de omvang van deze opdracht niet goed worden bepaald. Daarnaast is het onzeker wanneer LVNL gebruik wil maken van de betreffende diensten/leveringen.
