Description

De aanbesteding OzA Interieurelementen perceel 3 Dordthuis betreft het volgende perceel: “Losse en specialistische inrichting en stoffering voor dienstverleningszone en werkplekomgeving”. Deze aanbesteding is een vervolg op de eerder doorlopen Europese niet-openbare aanbesteding (conform de per 1 juli 2016 gewijzigde Aanbestedingswet 2012) voor interieurelementen. Voor perceel 2 en perceel 3 zijn in die aanbestedingsprocedure geen inschrijvingen ingediend. Daarop heeft de gemeente een consultatie laten uitvoeren om de redenen van het uitblijven van inschrijvingen te achterhalen, zodat zij haar vervolgstappen kon bepalen. Op basis van de consultatie heeft de gemeente besloten voor de beide percelen 2 en 3 over te gaan tot twee separate onderhandelingsprocedures zonder voorafgaande aankondiging op grond van artikel 2.32 lid 1 sub a Aanbestedingswet 2012 (hierna: “de Onderhandelingsprocedure”).
