Description

De gemeente is voornemens om op basis van deze Europese openbare aanbestedingsprocedure volgens de Aanbestedingswet 2012 te komen tot raamovereenkomsten met maximaal acht (8) opdrachtnemers voor het leveren, plaatsen van woonvoorzieningen, en daar waar aangegeven het onderhouden, keuren en repareren van woonvoorzieningen in het kader van de Wmo. De onderhavige opdracht is verdeeld in vier percelen, te weten: • Perceel 1: Zorgunits • Perceel 2: Deuropeners • Perceel 3: Scootmobielbergingen • Perceel 4: Overige woonvoorzieningen De geraamde waarde voor de gehele opdracht betreft € 5.130.000 exclusief btw. Per perceel is de geraamde waarde voor de totale duur van de opdracht als volgt: Perceel 1 Zorgunits - € 739.000 Perceel 2 Deuropeners - € 538.000 Perceel 3 Scootmobielbergingen - € 246.000 Perceel 4 Overige woonvoorzieningen- € 3.607.000 De opdrachtwaarde over de totale looptijd wordt per perceel gemaximeerd op het volgende: Perceel 1 Zorgunits - € 1.108.500 Perceel 2 Deuropeners - € 807.000 Perceel 3 Scootmobielbergingen - € 369.000 Perceel 4 Overige woonvoorzieningen - € 5.410.500 In het prijsinvulformulier is het kernassortiment per perceel omschreven. Dit kernassortiment bevat de veelvoorkomende woonvoorzieningen per perceel. Het kernassortiment bestaat uit zowel standaardproducten met vaste prijzen als maatwerkproducten op offertebasis.
