Amsterdam UMC heeft de behoefte aan beeldvormend systeem dat geschikt is voor gebruik in de peri operatieve setting voor het plaatsen van Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS)-elektroden. Hierbij zijn de specifieke eisen van stereotactische DBS-procedures als uitgangspunt genomen, waaronder sub millimeter-nauwkeurigheid, stabiele geometrie en betrouwbare koppeling met stereotactische frames en navigatiesystemen. 1
