Description

Met deze aanbesteding wil de gemeente Waalre het welzijnswerk bundelen binnen één brede welzijnsorganisatie. Doel is het vergroten van de toegankelijkheid en effectiviteit van ondersteuning, vanuit de uitgangspunten van positieve gezondheid en community building. De gemeente zet daarbij in op een verschuiving van een reactieve naar een proactieve, preventieve aanpak. Dit gebeurt in partnerschap met een sterke maatschappelijke organisatie die bijdraagt aan innovatie, samenwerking en een zorgvuldige overgang naar de gewenste situatie.
