Description
2 Aanleiding en achtergronden van de inkoopbehoefte Het RIVM koopt voor de uit te voeren onderzoeken verschillende biologische reagentia in. Onder andere van de fabrikaten Fuller, Mikrogen en Virion/Serion. In 2021 is er een grote aanbesteding uitgeschreven voor biologische reagentia. De genoemde fabrikaten zijn hierbij ook uitgevraagd, echter heeft hier niemand op ingeschreven. In Nederland is maar één leverancier die deze fabrikaten mag leveren. Deze motivering ziet op de inkoop van deze fabrikaten voor een periode van in totaal vier jaar.
