Description

Deze aanbesteding betreft het leveren van grootkeukenapparatuur en de daarbij behorende onderhoudsdienstverlening. De opdracht betreft het leveren, installeren en onderhouden van grootkeukenapparatuur ten behoeve van het horecaconcept binnen het nieuwe Dordthuis in Dordrecht. Het betreft een integrale oplossing voor de inrichting van onder andere een werkcafé, twee espressobarren en diverse pantries (koffie- en eethubs), die gedurende alle dagen van de week in gebruik zullen zijn door medewerkers, gasten en bezoekers. De opdracht omvat: • Het leveren van energiezuinige, duurzame en circulaire grootkeukenapparatuur. • Het installeren en integreren van de apparatuur in een professionele werkomgeving. • Het realiseren van een efficiënte keukeninrichting, afgestemd op routing, ergonomie en veiligheid. • Het toepassen van slimme technologieën, zoals geautomatiseerde kook-, koel- en reinigingssystemen. • Het verzorgen van service en onderhoud gedurende minimaal drie jaar, inclusief beschikbaarheid van reserveonderdelen en snelle responstijden.
