Let op, dit is een tweede publbicatie, de eerste publicatie had tendernummer T195287. De wijzigingen ten opzichte van de eerder gepubliceerde tender zijn aangegeven met kleur. Dit zijn wijzigingen die al opgenomen waren in de Nota van Inlichtingen uit de eerdere tender, maar ook wijzigingen die door EBN zijn doorgevoerd, Energie Beheer Nederland (EBN) is een publiek bedrijf in de energiesector. We zetten ons in voor een betrouwbare, betaalbare en duurzame energievoorziening vandaag en in de toekomst. Dat doen we door te werken aan verantwoorde CO2-opslag, een duurzaam gassysteem en een duurzame warmtetransitie. We werken hiervoor samen met publieke en private partners en gebruiken onze kennis, kunde en financiële slagkracht om de bouw van een duurzaam energiesysteem te versnellen. Dit alles is nodig om op basis van duurzame energiebronnen de klimaatdoelen te kunnen halen. Energie Beheer Nederland (EBN) nodigt marktpartijen uit om in te schrijven op deze Europese Mededingingsprocedure met onderhandeling voor de herinrichting en verduurzaming van onze kantoorlocatie in Utrecht. De opdracht omvat het concretiseren, plannen en uitvoeren van het huisvestingsplan voor een kantoor van circa 4200 m², waar dagelijks ruim 250 medewerkers werkzaam zijn. Het doel is om efficiënter gebruik te maken van de ruimte, beter in te spelen op de behoeften van medewerkers en het type werk dat zij verrichten, en tegelijkertijd de verduurzaming van het kantoor te bevorderen. Circulariteit speelt hierin een belangrijke rol. Wij zoeken een partij die zowel ontwerpcapaciteit als projectmanagement en operationele uitvoering kan bieden. Geïnteresseerde partijen worden uitgenodigd om de aanbestedingsdocumentatie van de selectiefase te raadplegen en een inschrijving in te dienen.
