Description

Een aantal samenwerkende organisaties in Limburg besteden gezamenlijk de inkoop van kantoorartikelen en facilitaire producten aan. Deze aanbesteding betreft de volgende aanbestedende diensten: Gemeenten: Bergen, Brunssum, Echt-Susteren, Gennep, Leudal, Roerdalen, Roermond en Weert en de organisaties BSGW en Waterleiding Maatschappij Limburg. De aanbesteding wordt doorlopen middels een Europees openbare procedure. De aanbesteding is bedoeld voor alle potentiële geïnteresseerde dienstverleners voor de (raam)overeenkomst kantoorartikelen en facilitaire producten. Deze ingeschatte omvang van de opdracht is onder andere gebaseerd op historische uitgaven. Aangezien de te sluiten Overeenkomst moet worden gekwalificeerd als raamovereenkomst in de zin van de Aanbestedingswet 2012, is de maximale omzet gedurende de gehele (maximale) looptijd van vier jaar geraamd op € 275.000,- exclusief btw. De genoemde bedragen zijn exclusief de afname van drankenautomaten, bijbehorende toebehoren en toiletgroepproducten; deze productgroepen maken wel onderdeel uit van de nieuw te sluiten overeenkomst, maar zijn in de historische uitgaven waarop deze raming is gebaseerd nog niet, dan wel slechts in beperkte mate, opgenomen.
